English and Golf Academy at Harrow School

Golf will be offered at two levels, beginner and intermediate/players with a handicap; all students will be assessed during the first period of instruction.

Beginners: using Northwick Park's excellent new golf centre (within walking distance of the School), beginners will receive top class teaching in all aspects of this challenging game, including stance, grip, swing and an introduction to long and short play.

Intermediate/handicap players: using both Harrow School's course and Northwick Park's superb facilities (9 hole course, driving range, pitching area and putting green), tuition will be offered in all aspects of the game. Three local 18 hole courses will be played. The aim of the carefully planned programme is to increase understanding and confidence and reduce the handicap of players.
