How to get to Harrow School
By London Underground or Chiltern Railways train
Harrow School is close to Harrow on the Hill Underground station on the Metropolitan Line. After passing through the ticket barriers, take the exit to the left. At the end of the service road, turn left again and then take the first right up Grove Hill. At the top of Grove Hill, cross the High Street and continue along until you reach the Vaughan Library. The walk from the station takes approximately 10 minutes or you can take a taxi from outside the station.
South Harrow Underground Station is on the Piccadilly Line and is a short taxi ride from the school - though be warned that there is rarely a taxi waiting so it is a matter of flagging down a passing cab or using the minicab company close by.
By car
From the M4 or M40, look for signs for the A312 and Harrow will be signposted. After passing through South Harrow, turn right up Roxeth Hill. At the top of the hill turn left into London Road. This becomes the High Street. For parking, keep going past the Head Master's reception (at No.1 High Street) until you go over the pedestrian crossing, then take the second right turn into Garlands Lane. This winds its way down to the sports fields where there is parking available by the rugby pitches.
From the North, approach the School via Peterborough Road, off the A4005 (Kenton Road), which becomes the High Street. Garlands Lane is then on your left after the pinch point.
